Engage in a customized leadership development program designed for sports teams. Enhance teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities tailored to the specific needs of your team. Examples of workshops include: Leading Self: Building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal accountability. Leading Others: Effective communication, delegation, and motivation strategies. Authentic Leadership: Discovering and leveraging individual strengths and values. Team Identity Building & Goal Setting: Creating a shared vision and purpose. Team Building: Fostering trust, collaboration, and camaraderie. Team Captaincy Training: Equipping team leaders with the skills and knowledge to excel in a formal leadership position. Book either a foundational workshop - 75 mins ($500) or an intensive workshop - 2 hours ($800). **You will NOT be charged at check-out.
